The Perpoin Hotel was founded in the first half of 1800 as a guesthouse for travellers and as such remains until the middle of 1900, when the management passes to the Fornetti family.
It was restructured several times: in the 1970s, in the 1990s until the most recent restructuring of the first months of 2017.
Today it has single, double and family rooms (3 and 4 beds) all equipped with en-suite bathroom, courtesy set, Wifi, air conditioning, satellite digital TV.
On the ground floor there are the new breakfast room, the bicycle repair workshop, city bikes for free use by customers, the luggage storage room and the laundry room with tumble dryer.

At the end of 2018, new two and three rooms apartment will be ready, furnished and equipped for medium and long stays.
