The Perpoin Hotel was founded in the first half of 1800 as a guesthouse for travellers and as such remains until the middle of 1900, when the management passes to the Fornetti family.
It was restructured several times: in the 1970s, in the 1990s until the most recent restructuring of the first months of 2017.

Today it has double rooms for single use, twin and double rooms.
Family rooms with 2 double beds and with double bed and separate single beds: for all needs.
All rooms were renovated in the 2017/19 three-year period, furnished in a modern and functional style with air conditioning, free wifi, equipped private bathroom, minibar, digital TV and safe.
Memory mattresses, latex and memory pillows.

On the ground floor there are the new breakfast room, the bicycle repair workshop, city bikes for free use by customers, the luggage storage room and the laundry room with tumble dryer.
Indoor parking for cars, closed garage for motorcycles and bicycles.

Next to the Hotel in 2020 the construction of the Residence was completed with 8 apartments for stays from 2 days up to a few months: air conditioning and free wifi are obviously present, together with kitchen and design furniture, washing machine, underfloor heating, dishes , glasses, towels and microwave: in short, everything you need to live!
Fine finishes and perfect soundproofing will ensure comfort and proper rest. Overlooking the main street in a classic style structure.
Biweekly cleaning and linen change included in the attractive rates. Size from 50 to 65 square meters.
Independent entrance, possibility to have breakfast in the hotel as well as free use of city bikes and cycle-workshop.
